Jeremy brings more than 35 years of experience and leadership to the MH Construction team. Beginning his construction career while still in college, he has worked across nearly every aspect of the industry, from drafting plans to performing international commercial inspections. In 2003, Jeremy launched his first business and has since founded, operated, sold, and acquired multiple companies. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have led him to mentor start-ups, incubate emerging ventures, and help others strategically position their companies for growth and success. A 15-year veteran of Army aviation, Jeremy purchased MH Construction in January 2025, bringing the company to veteran-owned status. He applies the precision, discipline, and attention to detail learned in the service to every project MH Construction undertakes. His leadership blends military focus with real-world construction expertise, ensuring excellence from concept to completion. With a clear vision to elevate MH Construction and a deep commitment to supporting employees, clients, and community partners, Jeremy leads with integrity and determination, guiding the company confidently into the future.

Following his marriage to Elizabeth, he moved to Seattle, advancing from Superintendent to Project Manager in commercial construction. Later, Arnold returned to Eastern Washington, became General Manager for his uncle's firm, and eventually purchased and ran the company successfully. Now Vice President at MH Construction, Arnold oversees all construction activities and staff. He takes an active role in mentoring and training the staff while sharing his wealth of knowledge, exemplifying the company's core values every day.

Matthew Ramsey joined the MH Construction team in June 2025, bringing a diverse background in operations, project management, and leadership. Originally hired as a Project Engineer, Matthew quickly demonstrated his ability to bridge the gap between field operations and client communications, transitioning into the role of Digital Marketing Manager in October 2025, and creator of this website. A United States Navy veteran (2001–2007), Matthew served as an Engineman 2nd Class Petty Officer aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt and with Logistic Support Unit One. His military service, which includes two Navy Achievement Medals, instilled a deep sense of discipline and integrity that aligns perfectly with MH Construction's philosophy of 'Building projects for the client, NOT the dollar.' Matthew holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Columbia Basin College and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management at Arizona State University (Class of 2026). Prior to joining MH Construction, he gained extensive experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry and as a Superintendent in residential production building. Outside of the office, Matthew is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing, and big game hunting. He is a Lifetime Member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. He resides in the Tri-Cities with his wife, Diane, and enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.
